- SOFTWARE COMPLIANCE - Over a period of two years, Microlink managed a team of up to 24 desktop technicians to audit, document, and removed unlicensed software installed throughout the Los Angeles Unified School District. Over 800 District locations were visited and more than 100,000 computers were documented.

VISTA DESKTOP ROLL-OUT - Microlink assisted with the roll-out of 2,000 new PC's with the Vista Operating System at the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California. We managed up to 10 technicians and administrative personnel onsite to perform software testing and documentation, application updates, image creation and equipment roll-out for hundreds of users.
- CUSTOM APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT - Microlink was contracted by the County of Los Angeles Office of Public Safety in it's efforts to improve data security and automate business processes and communication between remote workers and internal office staff. We designed and developed a client-server .NET application which eliminated more than 50% of existing paper work flow resulting in greatly improved communication and critical information flow to internal and external County employees.
- NETWORK DESIGN & IMPLEMENTATION & SUPPLEMENTAL RESOURCES - Microlink was contracted by a local Los Angeles government agency to design and implement it's network infrastructure using Cisco components and industry standard cable technology. Over 160 cable drops and wiring were upgraded over two floors. The success of the project has allowed us expand our services provided including cable management, server and desktop patch management, along with Cisco CallManager and Unity support.
- ONSITE DESKTOP AND NETWORK SUPPORT - Since 2001 Microlink has continuously provided 5 to 6 full-time technicians to Placentia Yorba-Linda Unified School District. Microlink's technicians provide desktop management and remediation including break-fix, imaging, and network support to over 30 schools the District offices.
