Microlink Enterprise, Inc. introduced their full line of IT services in 1998, 10 years after the company was founded. This addition of services was completed at the request of Microlink customers. Having developed trusting mutual relationship with our customers, we expanded our service offerings beyond the specific needs of the products we sold. Microlink now offers bench time service contracts, including both on-site and remote support for networks, desktops, and servers. Our network services have been expanded to include design and implementation as well as support. Our desktop services now also include software compliance and relocation projects as well as support. We look very closely at specific Customer needs and execute custom projects to meet the Customer's requirements. We have added services around access technologies, allowing us to work with partners such as Citrix, Microsoft, and VMware to better enable the expanding remote workforce, improve and secure application delivery, and improve IT infrastructure with virtualization technologies. Thin Clients such as Neoware, ChipPC, and IGel fit nicely with these projects.
